Clause 1: Nature and Purpose of the Contract
These Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (hereinafter “T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between Dounia Layali, a sole proprietorship in the process of being created (hereinafter “the Seller), and any individual making a purchase via the Dounia Layali website (hereinafter “the Customer).
This contract is subject to French law. The products and services offered comply with French legislation in force at the time they are made available online.
Contractual information is presented in French and concerns the online sale of ready-to-wear products, perfumes, and accessories offered by the Dounia Layali brand.

The Customer is any adult individual making a purchase on the Dounia Layali website.
Clause 3: Obligations of the Parties
The Seller is bound by a duty of best efforts. They commit to using all necessary means to ensure the proper execution of orders placed by the Customer.
The Seller undertakes in particular to prepare and ship ordered items within the timeframes indicated at the time of order confirmation.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a prior dispute, a payment default, or any attempt at fraud.
The Customer agrees to provide accurate information when placing an order and to pay the full amount at the time of confirmation.
Clause 4: Presentation and Description of Products
The essential characteristics of the products are described on the product pages available on the website.
Prices are indicated in euros €, all taxes included TTC, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are clearly displayed before final order confirmation.
Product photographs are as accurate as possible but are non-contractual. Color or detail variations may occur.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.
All content on the site (texts, images, logos, visuals) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
Clause 5: Ordering Procedure
All orders are placed following a validation process including several steps, such as a summary of selected products, entering personal information, and acceptance of these T&Cs.
The order is considered final after payment confirmation. A confirmation email summarizing the order details is sent to the Customer.
In case of errors in delivery information entered by the Customer, they have a maximum of 24 hours after ordering to contact customer service.
Data recorded by the Seller constitutes proof of all transactions.
Clause 6: Payment
Payment is made online via a secure payment platform: Stripe. The Seller never has access to the Customers banking information. Any unpaid order cannot be processed or shipped.
Clause 7: Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped according to the delivery times indicated in the shipping policy available on the website.
Delivery is provided by Colissimo and/or Mondial Relay depending on the Customers choice.
Products remain the property of the Seller until full payment is received. Risks are transferred to the Customer upon receipt of the package.
Clause 8: Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a 14-day period from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.
Clause 9: Returns and Refunds
Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, and with all original labels intact.
Some products are not eligible for return, including perfumes and hygiene items.
After inspection of the returned product, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method.

Clause 11: Liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays or losses attributable to carriers, nor for errors made by the Customer during data entry.
The Sellers liability is in any case limited to the order amount.
Clause 12: Disputes
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought primarily between the Seller and the Customer. If no solution is reached, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Clause 13: Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website and GDPR regulations.
Clause 14: Modification of T&Cs
The Seller reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect on the day of the order.
