Shipping

Shipping of Your Order

All orders placed on the Dounia Layali website are carefully prepared before shipment. Items are checked, folded, and protected to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Orders require a preparation time of 1 to 3 business days for items in stock. For the brand launch or certain pre-order items, the preparation time may be extended to 5 to 10 business days, clearly indicated at the time of ordering.

Once prepared, the package is handed over to our partner carriers, mainly Colissimo La Poste) and Colissimo Relay. Delivery times typically range from 48 hours to 7 business days, depending on the chosen delivery method and destination.

A confirmation email is sent once the package is handed to the carrier, including a tracking link to follow the order in real time.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees include:

  • packaging,
  • handling,
  • transportation costs.

Fees may include a fixed and a variable part, calculated based on the weight, volume, and delivery method chosen. The total shipping cost is clearly displayed before order confirmation.

To optimize shipping costs, it is recommended to place a single consolidated order. Two separate orders cannot be combined after validation, and each will incur its own shipping fees.

Packages are shipped at the customers risk. However, special care is taken in packaging, especially for fragile items. Packages are adapted to the contents and reinforced for protection.

Free Shipping — Metropolitan France

Free delivery is offered:

  • for orders of €100 or more with Colissimo Home 48H delivery La Poste),
  • for Colissimo Relay 48H deliveries, subject to current promotional offers.

Conditions for free shipping may change at any time and are specified on the website.

Colissimo Relay – Pickup at Relay Point (48H)

The Colissimo Relay service allows customers to pick up their package at one of many relay points across Metropolitan France (pressing, newsstands, local shops, etc.).

The customer is notified by email upon the packages arrival. The package is kept for 14 calendar days at the relay point. After this period, it is returned to the sender.

Colissimo Home – Home Delivery (48H)

With Colissimo Home, the package is delivered directly to the address provided. In case of absence, a notice is left in the mailbox for pickup at the nearest post office.

Returns Management

General Return Conditions

Upon receipt of their order, if one or more items are unsuitable, the customer has 14 calendar days from the delivery date to exercise the right of return.

Returned items must be:

  • new,
  • unworn,
  • unwashed,
  • unperfumed,
  • free from signs of wear,
  • with all original labels intact.

Items not meeting these conditions cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Return Procedure

To make a return, the customer must send the package to:

It is recommended to use Colissimo with tracking, and keep proof of shipment. Sending with signature confirmation is advised for added security.

Return shipping fees are the customers responsibility, except in case of an error by our team.

Exchanges

For exchanges (size or model), the customer must include a copy of the invoice and clearly indicate the desired replacement item. Exchanges are made subject to stock availability.

If the replacement item is available, it is shipped after receipt and verification of the return.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10 to 15 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Refunds are made using the original payment method Stripe / credit card / PayPal, as applicable).

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Preparation Errors or Defective Products

If the customer receives an incorrect or defective item, they must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt.

Supporting evidence may be requested (photos of the product, packaging, delivery slip). After verification, an appropriate solution will be offered: exchange or refund.
